Liz Blalock

Liz Blalock dancer, teacher, choreographer, and fitness instructor, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance at Arizona State University, she was also a dedicated four-year member of the ASU Dance Team. Liz’s passion for movement extends to coaching Pom, jazz, and hip hop. She is a former professional cheerleader and renowned dance choreographer, currently owning Pro Style Dance Training LLC, where she shares her expertise with aspiring dancers. Liz has recently been recognized in the 2025 AZ Foothills Innovator Issue for her contributions to the dance and fitness communities.
